More about your role
Our Works Planners are responsible for the effective planning of our internal teams and external contractors to ensure our planned, responsive, gas and void repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
You will contribute towards performance targets and ensure all systems are up to date. You will also be a key point of contact for our teams and clients.
Please note, for the first four weeks of your employment, you will be required to work from the office five days per week. Following this, you will be eligible for hybrid working which may be changed due to the needs of the business.
More about you
Applicants should have experience working in a high-paced administration role alongside excellent telephone and I.T. skills. Good communication skills and customer service experience would be beneficial; however, full training will be provided.
