General Manager – B2B Software (ERP / Automotive / Manufacturing / Distribution)

We’re working with a growing B2B Software company that’s looking for a strong commercial leader to take on a General Manager role. This is a great move for someone currently at Senior Director or VP level who’s ready to take full ownership of a business unit — with real autonomy, full P&L responsibility, and the chance to shape strategy and execution across the board.
The business is well-established in the ERP and industrial software space, with customers across automotive, manufacturing, and distribution. They’re scaling quickly and need someone who’s comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
What they’re looking for:
* B2B SaaS experience – ideally from a business that sells into manufacturing, automotive or distribution
* Commercial leadership – someone who’s built and led sales or GTM teams, and knows how to drive growth
* P&L ownership – you’ve owned revenue and margin targets and know how to grow both responsibly
* Cross-functional leadership – experience leading across sales, marketing, CS, and operations would be ideal
* Matrix experience – you’re used to working with product, tech, and other functions that sit outside of your direct team
* Hands-on mindset – you’re not afraid to get into the detail when needed, while still keeping an eye on the bigger picture
* Strong customer focus – especially around retention, growth, and long-term value
