The Role
This is a hybrid sales role that blends account management and "new business" development. You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and growing existing customer relationships – identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Microsoft solutions.
* Closing new business deals – converting leads generated by the BDR and marketing teams into revenue.
* Acting as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the right Microsoft cloud solutions.
* Collaborating with technical teams to tailor solutions that drive business value for customers.
With a strong pipeline of leads and a solid customer base, you’ll be stepping into a role with real earning potential.
Your Experience
To thrive in this role, you must have:
âś… Proven experience in Account Management or "New Biz" within an MSP or Microsoft Partner
✅ Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions – Azure, M365, and Microsoft Security.
âś… A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
âś… The ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
âś… A commercial mindset with the drive to identify new revenue opportunities.
