We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Mechanical Technician: Responsible for the mobilisation, demobilisation, and servicing of equipment to suit client work scopes for Motive projects across the world. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Quality guidelines.
2. Project Coordinator: Responsible for ensuring that project cost, schedule, and contract objectives are met through effective planning, tracking, and reporting. Collaborates closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
3. Sales Administrator: Contributes to and administers sales enquiries, ensuring that quotes are prepared, reviewed, and issued in accordance with client requests and internal processes. Responsible for sales telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
4. Site Lead: Responsible for the (de)mobilisation, preparation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment being deployed onshore and offshore to client projects. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Quality guidelines.
5. Technical Sales Lead: Integral part of the regional sales team, ensuring responses to client requests and clarifications are dealt with to the highest standards. Qualifies sales leads and supports the generation of quotations.
6. Regional Manager for Brazil: Responsible for the P&L of the region, ensuring progression in line with the Americas Region and Group strategy, driving EBITDA growth, and securing key contracts.
7. HR Advisor: Provides day-to-day HR Employee Relations support and acts as the first point of contact for all HR queries and support for managers and staff across the business.
8. Project Manager: Coordinates with various departments and subcontractors to ensure project success. Essential for meeting deadlines and maintaining efficiency.
9. Design Engineer: Undertakes design engineering duties associated with the design, construction, certification, and operation of Motive’s equipment and procedures, both on- and offshore.
10. Certification and Inspection Technician: Responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections and ensuring all operations are performed within established safety and operational standards.
11. C&I Operations Engineer: Manages all aspects of project delivery within the Certification & Inspection division (MENA), ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
