Responsibilities:
Center Directors will develop their learning center in 5 key ways:
1. Student assessments and consultations
o CDs can successfully identify students' areas of strength and discomfort
o CDs can generate a custom learning plan for each student's individual needs
o CDs can discuss goals and solutions with parents and students
o CDs can assist in the family enrollment process
2. Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships
o CDs can successfully communicate with parents regarding student progress, behaviors, and lessons
o CDs are friendly and sociable with our families
3. Developing and training our instructional staff
o CDs can aid in the instructor hiring and training process
o CDs can identify team strengths and weaknesses and make proper adjustments
4. Maintaining center expectations and quality
o CDs can hold team members accountable for their performance
o CDs can ensure set expectations are met
5. Measuring center performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs)
o CDs can analyze reports on center performance and help make the appropriate changes
Requirements:
* CDs must be available a minimum of 5 days per week (preferably weekdays)
* CDs must maintain an average of 30-35 hours per week to remain in good standing
* All employees are subject to an employment math assessment to evaluate math understanding and skill level

* Bonus - CDs that meet specific student thresholds will earn a monthly bonus
* PTO - CDs will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked
