Job Description
* Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Resolve resident issues promptly and effectively.
* Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and local community groups.
* Ensure resident satisfaction through regular feedback and continuous improvements.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
* Manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Scheme Manager should have:
* Experience in managing housing schemes or similar properties.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
* A proactive approach to managing resident issues and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
* Knowledge of relevant housing regulations and legislation.
* A strong commitment to working within the Not For Profit sector.
