Job summary An opportunity has arisen within our team for an enthusiastic and highly motivated pharmacist with excellent communication skills to provide high quality Mental Health clinical pharmacy services, Band 6 with progression to 7 or Band 7 depending on experience. Main duties of the job The post holder will contribute to the planning and delivery of specialist mental health clinical pharmacy services as part of the CWP pharmacy team. This will include working as a member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that pharmaceutical care needs of patients are met, ensuring that medicines management standards are upheld in all areas of the trust and providing education on safe and effective use of medication to medical and nursing staff, patients and carers. The post holder will provide professional support and supervision to pre-registration and student pharmacists.
