Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a passionate and driven Contract Sales Manager to join our client's well-established and successful kitchen and bathroom showroom in Cambridgeshire.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £45,000 (£65-70k OTE)

The Contract Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new leads, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom industry, as well as experience in KBB Contract Sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including housing developers, architects, and interior designers.
2. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and trade shows.
3. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
4. Close sales and negotiate contracts.
5. Manage the sales process from start to finish.
6. Track and report sales activity.
7. Stay up to date on the latest trends in kitchen & bathroom design.
8. Attend industry events and conferences.
9. Be proactive, resilient, a self-starter, and energetic.
The right candidate:
1. Full Clean driver's license.
2. A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry.
3. Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design sales.
4. Strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom design industry.
5. A black book of contacts in the industry used to open doors.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
