Job Title: German Speaking Customer Support Advisor

Working Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working within a friendly and dynamic team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, and maintaining high service standards. Your focus will be on meeting key departmental KPIs while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by prioritising customer needs and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
Accurately log customer inquiries, product issues, and faults into company systems to enable quick and effective resolution.
Offer first-line support and expert guidance on company products via phone, email, and social media.
Effectively manage customer expectations through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
Consistently meet and exceed department KPIs to uphold excellent service levels.
Stay informed on product updates, process changes, and industry regulations through the company's Training Academy.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance customer service processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
Requirements
At least 12 months of experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
General Responsibilities
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Carry out any additional duties as required by the Customer Support Manager.
