We are looking to appoint a hardworking, flexible and confident Domiciliary Care Administrator / Coordinator within the South Tyneside Area to add to our expanding organisation.
The individual should be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated and able to prioritise their workload. The individual will be supported by a well-established team in their role.
The individual should be able to speak to people from all walks of life with confidence and have experience within the care industry. The individual will be responsible for the monitoring of quality, rostering and ensuring the safety and highest quality care of our service users.
The successful applicant will be part of the on call team covering evenings and weekends.
Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 or above is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, word and outlook is essential.
The successful applicant will need to be:
Computer Literate
Have a good telephone manner
Be attentive to detail
Possess good organisational skills
Be self-motivated
