Support Engineer: Office 365, O365, Teams, Exchange, Outlook, Intune, Troubleshoot
Our Client is looking for a Support Engineer with a high level of knowledge and experience in troubleshooting the Office suite of applications.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 130 days
Pay Rate: £148/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £167/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Edinburgh
Requirements:
* High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O365 applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange and the rest of the Office suite of applications.
* Experience with hardware issues and Surface Pro.
* Intune
* Azure Multi-Factor Authentication
* Citrix Workspace
* iPhones
* Surface Pro and Docking stations
* SharePoint knowledge
Soft Skills:
* Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
* Self-starter with the ability to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error-free with minimal non-functional defects.
* Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environments.
* Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
* Capability to organise and prioritise tasks.
* Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships and interact with team members.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
