1. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
2. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored, exceptional service.
3. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
4. Conduct thorough reviews of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Qualifications:
1. Cloud Accounting experience is essential, preferably Xero and Dext.
2. ACA/ACCA Qualified.
3. Management experience in a small accountancy practice.
4. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
