Role Overview:
Due to our growth year on year, we are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Persons to join our team at Rexel Park Royal. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge, while also engaging in face-to-face customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Provide expert advice on our product range, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
* Conduct face-to-face visits with customers to build rapport, understand their requirements, and promote our products and services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
* Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
What We’re looking for:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
* A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A valid UK driving license for customer visits.
