We're looking for someone to join our Client Administrative team in Manchester who will provide ongoing administrative support to 2-3 Financial Planners while building strong relationships with their clients and delivering a excellent client experience. As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others: To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes. To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact. Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable. Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
