When our customers need help unlocking the potential of Tobii Dynavox technology, our Customer Service & Tech Support Team steps in with savvy, empathy, and enthusiasm. About the role: We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organised Customer Service Coordinator to join our team for 6 months. If you are passionate about Customer Service and thrive in a constantly changing environment, this is a great opportunity for you In this role, you will be the go-to person for handling all customer enquiries and manage the full order cycle for our customers in the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with our talented and supportive Customer Service teams in Stockholm and Cork, who are committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disabilitie s. What will your impact look like? Handling incoming customer service emails and calls with efficiency and professionalism. Responding to presale inquiries promptly and accurately. Preparing and providing both presale and post-sale quotes. Ensuring that specific goods are set up and ready for customer use before delivery. Managing the Trial Bank, including setting up and shipping devices. Please Note: This is a fully on-site role based in our UK office, right in the heart of Sheffield with 3 minutes away from the station. T his is a full-time 6 -month contract, and while we cannot guarantee a permanent role at the moment, we are growing rapidly, expanding our team, and investing in our future What qualifications will help you thrive? Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently with a high standard of quality. Service-oriented mindset. Curious approach, persistence, and p roblem-solving skills. Communication skills to build credibility, nurture relationships and trust with our customers. Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal in a professional setting.
