Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Membership Consultant to join our team in the Greater London region (West Drayton, Northolt, Southall, Harrow, Wembley). This full-time hybrid role combines remote work with in-person sales every Saturday. As a Membership Consultant, you will drive membership sales, provide exceptional customer service, and engage with members through both face-to-face interactions at Hi-Viz weekend day and telephone sales. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Membership Sales: Attract and recruit new members by promoting the benefits of GKR Karate in a way that is respectful and inclusive of all potential members.
2. Sales Strategy: Utilise warm leads and our CRM system to drive sales growth through targeted telephone sales and in-person interactions at Hi-Viz events, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and professional.
3. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to existing members, ensuring that their needs are met in a manner that is considerate of their individual circumstances.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Karate Enthusiasm: Currently learning or willing to learn karate is highly valued, and we encourage applications from individuals of all skill levels and abilities.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with people of all ages and backgrounds.
3. Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to different working styles and needs.
4. Interest in Martial Arts: A genuine interest in martial arts and personal development, with a willingness to learn about karate training and its benefits.
5. Able to Travel: A valid driving licence is preferred, as occasional travel within the Greater London area may be required; however, we are open to discussing reasonable adjustments for candidates with disabilities.
