A fantastic opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering the highest quality service to international summer school students. We are recruiting for an outstanding manager with a focus on ensuring exceptional student experience, an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service, to lead the Student Services Team. You’ll join our team on a full-time, permanent basis to provide key services to motivated students who are attending our residential summer courses in Oxford, Cambridge and London.
About The Role

Reports to: Acting Head of Operations
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 p/a pro rata
Duties
Your primary focus will be driving student enrollments for our prestigious UK summer programmes, working autonomously within our Oxford office to deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the team’s success. The main duties include:
1. Leadership of the Student Services Team. Recruit, train, and manage the Student Services Team.
2. Address and resolve student enquiries and issues. As the primary point of contact for student concerns, the Student Services Team ensures students are onboarded efficiently and their queries are answered in a timely manner.
3. Proactive communication with students and parents. You will own the communications with students from the moment they enroll. Ensuring students and parents have all the information they need, when they need it is crucial. Collection of all key student information. The students’ safety and care on our courses is paramount.
4. Gather and evaluate student feedback. You will champion excellent student experience at every touch point. You will organise student and parent focus groups to enhance the experience of future students, whilst ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission, vision and values.
5. Financial reporting. Monitoring students’ payments, creation of reports and providing updates to the finance team is a crucial part of the Student Services Manager’s role. Coordinate student arrivals. During the summer, the Student Services Team supports the Airport Transfer Manager in overseeing all airport arrival transfers.
About you

4. You’re comfortable negotiating and communicating clearly.
Essential:
1. A strong and diplomatic written and verbal communicator
2. Comfortable talking to students and parents from all over the world
3. Proven ability to resolve complaints
4. Excellent IT proficiency including Excel and/or Google Sheets
5. Confidence with Mathematics
Desirable
1. Understanding of the summer school industry and delivery standards
2. Experience in a customer or student service role
3. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems and collaborative tools like Gsuits and Slack
4. Familiar with delivering services to Executives, HNW individuals and families
