Job Summary:
As a Multilingual Careline Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Danone consumers, providing support across phone, email, and social media. You'll handle product queries, complaints, and social engagement, ensuring timely and empathetic responses. Working within a skilled team, you'll uphold Danone's quality standards while delivering exceptional customer care. This role requires fluency in French and Dutch, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fluent in French and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
* Skilled in communicating effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of consumers and the public.
* Experience in customer care, ideally within the food industry sector.
* Proficient in IT tools, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills.
* Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
* Proactive in taking ownership of the customer journey, anticipating needs, and delivering personalised solutions to resolve cases.
