As the Digital Transformation Manager, you will direct the digital transformation section for Leicestershire Police.
You’ll be embedding innovative processes, aligning organisations objectives, and encouraging digital transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Identifying and developing emerging technologies
2. Contributing to technology roadmaps, to align technical solutions and organisations plans
3. Manage the capital and revenue budgets for the delivery and management of digital transformation
The must haves
1. Ability to direct a team of technical experts, taking ownership of workloads, training, professional development, and wellbeing
2. Experience of identifying solutions and managing lifecycles of enterprise systems
3. Experience and understanding of continual service improvement, identifying opportunities for service and business improvement
