South57 are currently looking to recruit an artwork / estimator / client support individual for our client in Luton. The role is to contribute and take a strong role in all aspects of design, signage set-up services within the workshop, liaising with the production team & installers.
Summary of Role
1. First line contact for client enquiries.
2. Handling client queries relating to specifications and project details.
3. Producing accurate, bespoke estimates efficiently.
4. Liaising with suppliers where outsourcing is required.
5. Obtaining competitive outwork pricing.
6. Booking in of orders. Converting estimates to production
7. Providing production with detailed job bags (and relevant artwork files) to manufacture orders to client requirements.
8. Liaising with logistics to ensure client delivery requirements are met.
9. Assist where necessary within the department to ensure projects are completed on time and delivery requirements are met.
10. Develop skills relating to small format / wide format digital printing finish / signage & manufacturing.
11. This role will provide both technical and practical estimating, account management, supplier liaison, print and distribution support within the team.
