Job Description:
Corin is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Associate to learn and develop skills to progress products and learn processes to complete workflow through the required areas within the warehouse to the highest quality standards. This is an onsite role in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, paying £22,400 plus a 20% (£4,400) shift allowance for the double day shift (earlies one week and lates the following week) plus a discretionary quarterly bonus of up to £1,800 per annum based on individual attendance, as well as business productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be trained and developed into a Warehouse and Logistics Associate role gaining skills in goods inwards, logistics and warehousing.
2. Learn and develop the appropriate warehouse and logistics skills required to meet the procedural specifications and standards (e.g., shrink wrap, pick, pack and book in).
3. Become accountable and effective within the warehouse and logistics team.
4. Work and adhere to Corin’s health & safety procedures and processes, as well as conform with legislative requirements including COSHH and manual handling.
5. Adopt a strong awareness of health and safety by monitoring and reporting any areas of risk, by recording all “near misses” on Mestec.
6. Demonstrate and provide evidence of completed training.
7. Complete and utilise GDocP training.
8. Understand and implement the 5’s (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardise and Sustain) ensuring adherence on a daily basis.
9. Adhere to all work instructions, general visual aids, and standard operating procedures.
10. Wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as deemed mandatory by the business.
11. Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820.

2. Ability to lift heavy material and have knowledge of good manual handling practices.
