Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security architects and analysts, ensuring efficient collaboration and professional development. Design and implement robust security architectures that align with industry standards and business needs. Develop security strategies, policies, and frameworks to protect enterprise assets, systems, and data. Assess and mitigate security risks across IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure security is embedded into all phases of the system development lifecycle. Evaluate and recommend security tools, technologies, and solutions to enhance the organization’s security posture. Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management programs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other relevant security frameworks. Respond to security incidents, lead investigations, and provide mitigation strategies. Provide technical leadership in security design, threat modeling, and architecture reviews. Stay current with emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve security measures. Job Requirements: Proven managerial experience, with a track record of successfully leading security teams. 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including security architecture and risk management. Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and OWASP. Hands-on experience with security technologies, including SSE, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, DLP, access controls, and SSPM. Expertise in identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security protocols. Nice to have: Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or TOGAF are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent English.
