Our Future Teachers Programme offers you the perfect starting point About the Programme: Our Future Teachers Programme is designed to provide graduates with invaluable experience in secondary schools, preparing you for a rewarding career in teaching. Year 1 : Work as a Cover Supervisor, gaining classroom experience and developing essential teaching skills. Year 2 : Transition to a salaried teacher training route with one of our partner schools, working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). What We’re Looking For: Recent graduates with a degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, MFL, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
