A well-established local contractor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project involving both refurbishment works and a new build extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a live hospital project
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times
* Deliver the project on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
* Report progress regularly to senior management and attend site meetings
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing similar healthcare or complex construction projects is beneficial but not essential
* Strong knowledge of both refurbishment and new build processes
* Valid SMSTS & CSCS
