Job Description Senior RVN Role – Surgical Nursing Focus Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced ECC environment and has a passion for surgical nursing, especially orthopaedics? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career About the Role: This full-time (40 hours per week) senior RVN position is perfect for someone who loves the theatre environment. Your role will focus on: Providing key nursing support to vets during surgeries, with a focus on orthopaedics. Guiding and supporting junior colleagues in theatre. Ensuring all surgical equipment is maintained to the highest standard. You’ll be working a rota of approximately 1:4 weekends (with TOIL) and up to three bank holidays per year. If you’re already experienced in theatre nursing and looking to specialise further, this role is for you. Holding a surgical nursing certificate is a bonus, but if not, there’s strong support for pursuing further qualifications.
