What skills and experience we're looking for
As a Maths Teacher at Sir Bernard Lovell Academy, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
We are looking for a teacher with the enthusiasm to motivate and inspire students and is keen to make a significant contribution to the further development of our department. If you are an innovative, dynamic and passionate teacher, we would welcome your application.
You must be a highly-organised individual who keeps track of your classes' strengths and weaknesses and takes ownership of their progress through the passionate delivery of carefully planned and engaging lessons. In doing so, you must embrace feedback and seek out opportunities to learn from those around you, in pursuit of being the best teacher you can be.
