Your Impact The Strategic Security Partner Marketing Leader - EMEA, will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing programs to drive growth for key Cisco Security GTM priorities with focus strategic partners in the EMEA region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, global & region markets, customer needs, excellent project management skills, proficient in communicating with executives/ senior leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role will involve implementing and managing co-executed Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive personalized marketing efforts with focus security partners. - Develop and implement integrated partner marketing campaigns that align with the company's global marketing strategy and business objectives, with a focus on deep ABM - Meet with key strategic partners to build annual and quarterly marketing plans and get buy in on driving co-executed marketing activities - Drive collaboration and communication with focus partners sales and marketing teams on new innovation and marketing opportunities - Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to local markets while maintaining global consistency. - Manage the end-to-end partner campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive partner growth - Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for future partner co-executed campaigns - Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global marketing. Minimum Qualifications: ???? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
