Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Engineer (Python) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 4 years working with Python in a production environment. You should have strong expertise in Python and its associated frameworks (such as Django, Flask) and be capable of designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native services is essential. You should have a proven track record in designing systems that manage large datasets using SQL/NoSQL databases (like PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Additionally, demonstrated experience in system design, including high-availability systems and microservices architectures, is required. We value leadership skills, so your ability to lead engineering teams, collaborate across departments, and mentor less experienced engineers will be crucial. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes), and Agile/Scrum methodologies is also necessary. Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular would be considered a plus.

Providing technical leadership in resolving architectural challenges and participating in the design of strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.
