Role Description
This is a full-time WFH position for a Travel Claims Handler at Reactive Claims Limited. The Travel Claims Handler will be responsible for processing and managing travel-related insurance claims, communicating with clients and customers, conducting claim reviews, and ensuring timely and accurate claims resolution.
Qualifications
* Experience in handling insurance claims, specifically Travel & Personal lines claims
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
* Proficiency in using claims management software
