As a Senior Healthcare Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:
* Undertaking any necessary training
* Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
* Providing emotional support and companionship
* Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
* Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
* Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing, etc.

What are we looking for?
* Supervisory/leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting
* A positive outlook and warm personality
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards
* Confident in record-keeping and the use of various technologies
* Able to remain calm and guide colleagues under pressure
* Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
