Job Description
We’re searching for a Sales Account Manager to join an established provider of market leading technology systems based in Leeds.
* Leeds – Office Based
* £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (OTE £70-90k)

Key responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture existing client relationships, understanding their objectives and challenges.
* Act as the primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Identify opportunities for upselling our client’s products and services to maximise revenue generation.
* Respond to sales enquiries and proactively target new business opportunities.
* Achieve and exceed expected targets and KPIs and report on progress as required.
* Ensuring the accuracy of data and information recorded in the CRM and sales pipeline.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the wider business.
Skills & Experience:
* 2-3 years’ sales or account management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with a CRM system.
* Highly motivated and target driven.
* UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for overseas applicants.
