Our client is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Admin/Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a team of 2-3.
2. Working hands-on processing a payroll of 6000+ hourly paid employees on a fortnightly basis.
3. Managing up to 5-6 fortnightly payrolls each week.
4. Submitting pension contributions in time.
5. Checking and validating new starter documentation before setting them up on Iris Professional (Star) Payroll.
6. Regularly reviewing end-to-end controls, routines, and duty segregations.
7. Liaising with Area Managers on areas of opportunities and improvement measures.
8. Responding to ONS on employee matters in time.
9. Leading, coaching, and developing a team.
