Role Location: London, Brighton International Card Services (iCS) is primarily responsible for the marketing of consumer and commercial products and benefits, and the acquisition of American Express consumers in our international markets. This role sits within ICS Operational Excellence (OE), which acts as the first line of defence in risk management across the ICS business. Through the implementation of controls to mitigate and manage risks, OE ensures that American Express is meeting regulatory and brand expectations in marketing and selling products and services to customers In ICS Operational Excellence, our functions include designing, implementing, and documenting risk management processes and controls. We do this through fixing issues & gaps, preventing issues and process breakdowns this enables the ICS business to grow and change whilst sustaining robust controls. Operational Excellence & Business Risk Strategy will offer you varied experiences and a view of end-to-end business operational risk management. The American Express 10 week Summer Internship Programme gives you the opportunity to work on and run meaningful projects, whilst developing world-class leadership skills.
