Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our Mitsubishi contract at Milton Keynes. Managing a diverse workload, the team provides exceptional customer service to the Mitsubishi contract. You will be completing all administrative tasks, answering customer queries, and ensuring all enquiries are resolved timely and efficiently.
Please note that this role is initially based in Milton Keynes, but be aware that our site will be moving to Northampton early 2026.
You will be working Monday – Friday, between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 with some flexibility required. This is logistics, after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Liaise with the Customer, Transport Team, Drivers, and Warehouse to resolve any issues or queries in an effective and timely manner.
* Liaise with GXOT, Parcelforce & Sub-contractors in relation to delivery information and queries.
* Assist the Finance department in terms of weekly invoicing for transport, including payroll and collating sub-contractor costs.
* Actively monitor deliveries throughout the day and action urgent delivery requests.
* General administrative tasks and duties including arranging exports and associated documentation.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Comprehensive computer skills – including Excel and Word.
* Previous experience of working within a transport/logistics environment preferred.
* Strong proficiency in numerical analysis and meticulous attention to detail when working with financial data; prior payroll experience is highly preferred.
* Possess excellent people skills and be a team player.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills for resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
