Flight Assembly Technician | Contract | 6 months | Inside IR35 | Onsite | Guildford

Our client is seeking a skilled Flight Assembly contractor to join our expanding team. If you have hands-on experience building flight hardware and thrive in an engineering environment, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:
* Assemble flight hardware to IPC and ESA standards, including PCA, module builds, and harnesses.
* Work in a cleanroom environment, following detailed build instructions and drawings.
* Assist with cable assembly, test jig/box assembly, and cross-department workload handovers.
* Support test lab operations and perform additional tasks as required.
What You’ll Need:
* Engineering experience with practical, hands-on skills.
* ESA certification (in-date) and familiarity with industry standards.
* Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A proactive mindset—be accountable, drive results, and collaborate effectively.
