What theyre Looking For: They are looking to appoint an experienced qualified teacher to join our school as it grows into three classes. The candidate will have experience of working with SEMG students and/or SEN. This teacher will teach across subjects but will have a subject specialism. They are looking for someone who is passionate about changing young lives. Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions. To bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it. Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students lives. Qualifications: To hold QTS/QTLS. Experience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage withexperience of working with SEMG students and/or SEN. Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions.
