Position Overview
Our Morson Training department manages key contracts focused on delivering high-quality training solutions that meet regulatory and operational standards.
As part of the Business Operations team, you will provide administrative support to the reporting and finance teams across multiple contracts.
The role requires effective organizational skills, good communication, and excellent teamwork to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and escalated when necessary to maintain service levels.
You will also be responsible for following current processes, guiding others, and helping staff understand business protocols. Additionally, you may support wider business topics as needed.
Main Responsibilities
* Processing returned documentation such as Quotes, Purchase Orders, and Sales Order Forms with clients.
* Checking data integrity in software systems and generating reports.
* Sending daily reports to clients regarding the booking process.
* Receiving weekly invoices, inputting them into the system, and obtaining authorization.
* Checking Purchase Orders received and following up on outstanding items.
* Updating and formatting documents using applications like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Forms, etc.
* Booking travel, accommodation, and car hire.
