Join our dynamic Resource team at Avanti West Coast and play a pivotal role in the CEX 1-Day training project About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our traincrew, catering, and station planning teams to ensure the smooth release of our workforce and contribute to the success of our project. Your coordination, administrative assistance, and communication skills will be essential in making this project a success. Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Deliver high-quality project support, including release management and problem solving. Administrative Assistance: Provide proactive administrative support for all project management activities, collaborating with various departments. Release Planning: Assist in creating and monitoring the release plan, ensuring effective validation. Communication: Send out invites, confirm releases, and reconcile attendance for training sessions. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone with proven experience in providing administrative support, excellent attention to detail and strong experience of collaborative working. The perfect candidate will thrive under pressure, handle changing priorities with ease, and communicate effectively. Building strong relationships with staff at all levels is key, and being proficient in Microsoft Office applications is a must. Essentials to Know: Location : This role will be based in Preston, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no working from home. Interviews : Will be held on 5 December.
