Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Kotlin Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems to support our suite of applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Microservices, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java and the Spring framework.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets the project requirements and adheres to coding standards.
3. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components to deliver seamless user experiences.
4. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability of backend systems.
5. Develop and optimize SQL queries and database operations to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
6. Ensure data security and integrity through proper database design and access control mechanisms.
7. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members located across different regions to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
8. Communicate regularly with remote team members via video conferences, emails, and collaboration tools.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across regional teams to promote innovation and best practices.
