Working Hours: Full Time, Monday 8:15am - 3:30pm, Tuesday 8:15am - 3:30pm, Wednesday 8:15am - 4:45pm (this would include attending the INSET training) Thursday 8:15am - 3:30pm, Friday 8:15am - 3:30pm, 1/2 lunch break, plus 5 inset days

Salary: £26,873 - £29,777 per annum
Start Date: 1st September 2024 We are looking to appoint a compassionate, resourceful and Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor
We are looking for someone who:
1. Places safeguarding of children at the heart of everything they do
2. Is passionate about enabling children to achieve their potential and will ‘go the extra mile’ to help them to do so
3. Is able to engage children and motivate them to want to learn
4. Manages children’s behaviour in a positive way and gets the best out of them
5. Understands that behaviour is communication, seeks to understand the behaviour & has excellent strategies to support children with their behaviour
6. Is knowledgeable about mental health & wellbeing & experience of supporting children struggling in this area
7. Is willing to contribute fully as a member of an enthusiastic and talented team
8. Feels at home in a school that is culturally, ethnically and socially diverse
