Role Description
This is a contract role to work with WillisPalmer as an Independent Social Worker. The Independent Social Worker will undertake assessments of children and their families, including writing reports for court. You will also collaborate with other professionals and maintain an understanding of relevant legislation, research, and policies.

Qualifications and Experience
* Social Workers must have a degree or diploma in social work
* Current registration with Social Work England
* Experience in conducting social work assessments for the Family Courts
* Proficiency in report writing and documentation
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience working with children and families
