The new role of Learning and Development Specialist will develop high-impact learning solutions that enhance employee performance and engagement. You will be part of the Talent and Development Team which drives talent acquisition and development activities across Falmouth University and our partner, Falmouth Exeter Plus. About You You use insights to create impactful learning programmes, tailored to the needs of the audience. You are autonomous and cultivate positive relationships, acting as a role model for learning and continuous improvement. Whether delivering face-to-face or virtual sessions, you inspire others to grow and develop. You’ll bring: Expertise in designing and delivering learning programmes across areas such as management, leadership, and wellbeing. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with digital learning tools, including learning management systems and virtual delivery methods. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results.
