The role:
* Work closely with clients to draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures tailored to their needs.
* Offer practical advice on workplace disputes, employee relations, and HR issues.
* Support businesses through tricky situations like reorganisations, redundancies, and compliance challenges.
* Help companies manage employment law issues during mergers, acquisitions, and sales, ensuring they meet all legal requirements while protecting their interests.
