About the Role
Montu UK is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial operations and support the company’s rapid growth. This role will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, optimising capital structure, and spearheading growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and system implementation within a high-growth environment.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Financial Leadership & Strategy
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
* Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
* Optimise working capital and cash flow management.
* Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and reporting requirements.
* Build relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
* Assess and execute refinancing strategies for existing intercompany loans.
* Prepare investment materials, financial models, and due diligence reports.
Financial Systems & Processes
* Design and implement scalable financial systems and processes to support growth.
* Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and analytics.
* Implement strong internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
* Develop and oversee financial policies and procedures.
Operational & Team Leadership
* Manage and build a high-performing finance team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
* Provide leadership in risk management and corporate governance.
Key Metrics & Impact
* Revenue Growth Rate: Support revenue expansion through financial planning and execution.
* Capital Efficiency: Optimize financial structure to maximize capital deployment.
* Fundraising Success: Secure targeted funding to fuel growth.
* Operational Efficiency: Implement systems to enhance financial operations and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualification preferred.
* Proven experience in financial leadership within a high-growth company.
* Strong expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy.
* Proficiency in financial systems, automation, and ERP implementations.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS
* c.£110,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after 1 years service).
