Typically, roles range from short-term reception cover through to admissions support & other general administration roles of over 1 year. All roles do require an immediate start with an enhanced DBS processed within the last year and ideally on the update service being an essential requirement.
Roles are based at various schools, both primary and secondary, across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and the general Birmingham areas. Please apply and we will discuss any specific roles available to you.
Typical Roles & Responsibilities
* Liaising with students, school colleagues, and parents
* Inputting data onto school database
* Chasing for missing data on the systems
* Providing administration support
* Answering calls and emails and directing them to the relevant people
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a similar school or healthcare setting preferred in an administrative position
* Full Enhanced DBS Check available on the update service essential
* Proficient use in IT packages including Microsoft Office
* Experience of using school databases including SIMS preferred
