Enabling Support Worker

Salary: A£12.60 per hour

The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will maintain accurate records while at work in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional A£60 per session.
The organization offers a high level of support 24/7, providing person-centred, responsive care for up to 20 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Their experienced team provides positive behaviour support to ensure that those in their care are enabled to live a flourishing life.
