Cherry Professional are proud to be working with a well-established manufacturing business. We’re supporting them in their search for a HR Advisor to join the team on a 3 month temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional looking to broaden their experience in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll support across generalist HR duties, whilst ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR administration.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations cases, including note-taking and preparing documentation for low-level disciplinary and grievance meetings.
Assisting with the coordination of recruitment activity, liaising with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters and contracts.
Preparing HR documentation including contracts of employment, variation letters, and absence letters.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
Assisting with absence management processes, chasing medical reports where required.
Providing day-to-day HR administrative support across the business.
Supporting with general queries from managers and employees, escalating where necessary.What we’re looking for:
CIPD Level 7 qualification or a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
