We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Stock Office Clerk to join our client's team at their site, located outside of Grantham. This role requires transport due to the location.
As a Stock Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the accurate processing of stock receipts on our Warehouse Management IT system. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Vehicle Movement Booking Diary system and collaborating closely with our Operations Team. Other responsibilities include general office duties such as raising and amending customer orders, filing and archiving documents, and conducting scrutiny checks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong ability to follow processes. They must also be highly organised and self-motivated. This is a temporary role with a potential for permanent employment after completing 12 weeks.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00, with occasional Saturdays, typically once per month. There may also be opportunities for overtime to cover staff holidays.
We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.27 per hour and provide full training for this role.
