The OrthTeam Centre (OTC) is a state of the art Outpatients and Diagnostic private facility adjacent to Spire Manchester Hospital. Currently, the team is looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our Radiology department on a full time and permanent basis. The OTC strives to be an autonomous centre of excellence, aiming to be the private healthcare provider of choice for Musculoskeletal Outpatient Services, across the Northwest. Working hours: Varied shifts across Monday-Friday between 8 am and 8 pm and flexibility over weekends is required Contract type: Permanent, Full-time As Radiology Service Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide specialised co-ordination and administrative support within the Radiology department and throughout the OTC services, including coordinating appointments, liaising with consultants, patients, high performance teams and ensuring smooth service delivery within the radiology department and across the OTC services. The role involves operating within set protocols, providing an efficient bookings service, supporting clinical workflows, handling audit materials, conducting data analysis, pulling trends from radiology data, and ensuring timely delivery of radiology reports. What do you need to have? Experience in radiology administration or healthcare administration, particularly in environments coordinating with one-stop shop clinics and high-performance sports teams Knowledge of healthcare systems and information portals (e.g., IEP), with an understanding of data management, consultant referrals, and reporting Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and healthcare systems Experience in data analysis, pulling trends from radiology data, and using insights for operational improvements Customer-facing experience, particularly within healthcare settings, is desirable.
