We are searching for an experienced and hands-on Head of Sales to lead an expanding sales team within the renewable energy sector!
Our client is a late-phase startup that specializes in the installation of heat pumps, solar PV, EV chargers, battery storage, as well as MVHR and triple-glazed windows and doors.
This role is based between two offices, Daventry and York, as this is where the sales teams are based. Ideally, 2 days per week in each branch is required.

Location: Daventry - York - Travel Required
Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, and Hybrid Working
Head of Sales Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets.
* Lead, motivate, mentor, and manage the sales team.
* Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
* Work with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
* Track market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
* Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.
* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Head of Sales Experience & Skills:
* Sales management experience in renewable energy or similar sector.
* Knowledge of renewable technologies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office and online tools.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
